Product Description:
Balmerol Rustskip 330 is refined mineral oil based rust preventive, which leaves a soft and thin oily protective film on the substrate. The oil is recommended for protection of cold rolled sheets, and also for protection of CKD auto parts. The thin oily film formed has reduced oozing out or run off properties which provides excellent corrosion protection in mild acidic and high humid atmosphere during intermediate indoor and outdoor storage or transportation. Additives present in Balmerol Rustskip 330 impart good spreading and penetration properties to the oil. A suitable cleaning petroleum solvent or warm (50°C to 60 °C) aqueous cleaner can be used to remove the rust preventive oily film.

- Balmerol Rustskip 330 is suitable for temporary corrosion protection of auto grade CR and HR sheets.
It is also used as general purpose industrial rust preventive oil. - It can be applied to the metal surface at room temperature by felt rolling, brushing, dipping, and spraying through nozzles and through electrostatic oiler at temperature 50-60 °C.
- It is a balanced formulation and should not be diluted with solvents or thinners prior to use
